IMPROVE YOUR FLEXIBILITY with the Science of Stretching: 4 WEEKS- Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm (OCT. session)

Barbara is a Certified Stretching Coach with Yogabody Teachers College.

This is a 4-week class series in the Science of Stretching™. This program includes 4 live 90-minute classes in deep stretching, written resources, homework, and weekly check-ins with Barb as your coach. The focus will be on opening hips, lengthening hamstrings, and a happy back. You will also learn an effective neck and shoulder self-care routine that you can incorporate daily to eliminate stiffness.

Join Barb in our 92-degree saltwater pool at Covey Physical Therapy and reap the benefits of the slow meditative movements of tai chi and qigong through water. This class will help you improve your balance, strengthen your body, and relax your mind. The class is 45 minutes long and ends with a quiet guided meditation in the pool.
