FLOATING SOUND BATH: A sacred journey through water, sound, and self- (one hour experience- see dates offered)

Experience a unique sound meditation while resting on soft pillow floats in our 92° saltwater pool. Let crystal bowl vibrations move through the air and water, gently guiding your float and calming your body and mind. You'll be cocooned in warmth with a sarong cover and have the option to use earplugs for deeper inward focus. Feel the sound waves in your body as you release stress and unwind. A truly soothing and transformative journey.

This one hour experience is led by Cheryl Willis, LMT, Sound Practitioner.

Warm Water Sanctuary: Float and flow


An invitation to rest, move, and remember what your body already knows. Step into 92-degree saltwater and experience two complementary practices designed for restoration and exploration. Offered Saturday, November 8th, December 6th, January 10th, and February 7th.

Float (12-12:45pm) invites you into supported stillness—held by warm water, accompanied by ocean waves. A non-verbal sanctuary for deep rest and presence. Optional meditation prompts. A space to simply be.

Flow (12:45-1:30pm) opens into gentle, intuitive movement. Listen to your body's wisdom, explore the water, discover what wants to emerge. Slowness and stillness welcome. Personal discovery with collective care. Nose plugs available.

Attend one or both. Limited to 8 per session.

$35 per session | $60 for both

Barbara is a Certified Stretching Coach with Yogabody Teachers College.

This is a 4-week class series in the Science of Stretching™. This program includes 4 live 90-minute classes in deep stretching, written resources, homework, and weekly check-ins with Barb as your coach. The focus will be on opening hips, lengthening hamstrings, and a happy back. You will also learn an effective neck and shoulder self-care routine that you can incorporate daily to eliminate stiffness.

AQUATICS Pool Fitness (6 week Series) 12:00-12:45PM Wednesdays

What a great way to work on your strength, balance, and flexibility without pain. The buoyancy of the water allows you to exercise and do motions that are hard to do on land while the resistance allows for a workout that is hard to replicate on land. Our pool is a saltwater system maintained at 92 degrees. Great for any level of fitness. Instructors: Dr. Emily Clark, DPT, and Dr. Emily Welch, DPT
