Barbara is a Certified Stretching Coach with Yogabody Teachers College.

This is a 4-week class series in the Science of Stretching™. This program includes 4 live 90-minute classes in deep stretching, written resources, homework, and weekly check-ins with Barb as your coach. The focus will be on opening hips, lengthening hamstrings, and a happy back. You will also learn an effective neck and shoulder self-care routine that you can incorporate daily to eliminate stiffness.
