UPPER BODY STRENGTHENING FOCUSED

This class will focus on improving upper-body mobility and strength while addressing lingering injuries and weak points that may accumulate over a lifetime. The class caters to all ages and ability levels, and instructors will use a variety of exercises and equipment to tailor the program to each individual's unique needs. They will also help rehabilitate any injuries participants may be dealing with. 8 sessions.
