Better Balance: Aquatic Mobility and Stability (september) Mon/Wed 9/7-9/30

This aquatic exercise class is designed to improve gait mechanics, balance, and lower-body function. Participants will perform targeted exercises to increase ankle, knee, and hip mobility while developing strength, stability, and coordination in a low-impact environment. The pool provides a safe setting to challenge balance and movement patterns while minimizing joint stress. Participants will leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their ability to move safely and comfortably throughout the day.
