Your vagus nerve—the longest cranial nerve in your body—loves vibration. Humming, singing, and vocal toning stimulate it, helping regulate your nervous system and create a sense of calm and safety.
Now imagine doing this while floating in warm water.
Join us for a gentle exploration of sound and resonance in bathwater-warm saltwater. We'll hum together, share simple songs, float while toning, and notice how sound moves through water—and through our bodies.
This is both ancient practice and embodied science. A massage for your nervous system. A reminder that your voice is medicine.
No experience needed. This isn't about performance—it's about vibration, connection, and the healing power of sound.
