Nourish Your nervous system: Community Floating Meditation

Warm supported stillness-held by pool noodles in bathwater-warm satltwater, accompanied by the sound of ocean waves. This is a shared meditation in community. The pool has a gentle current, which means we'll naturally drift and sometimes bump into each other. Rather than fight this, we'll make it part of our practice: What do we notice when our bodies encounter another? Do we contract or soften? Can we hold care for ourselves and each other as we share this space?

A non-verbal sanctuary for deep rest, presence, and exploring what it means to truly be together. Optional meditation prompts woven throughout.

No experience necessary.

Sliding Scale $25-35 Pre-Registration required. Bring bathing suit, towel, water bottle (no glass), ear plugs (otional)

Your facilitator: Frances Idlebrook loves to create safe spaces for profound healing and discovery through presence, embodiment, and connection with the sacred unknown.  Frances is a Certified Transformational and Relationship Life Coach, a Certified Watsu provider, and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher.  She teaches Contact Improvisation and intuitive movement and dance, and leads workshops in Authentic Relating.
