Total body focused

This class will focus on improving upper- and lower-body motion and strength while addressing any lingering injuries and weak points that accumulate over a lifetime. The class caters to all ages and ability levels, and instructors will utilize a variety of exercises and equipment to tailor each session to individual needs and help rehabilitate any injuries participants may be dealing with.
