HEALTHY THROWING ARM (4 week series) Mondays 6:00-6:45pm 8/4-8/25

This fun and educational class is designed specifically for youth baseball and softball athletes who want to improve their throwing technique and protect their developing arms. We focus on proper overhand throwing mechanics, body awareness, and age-appropriate strength exercises to help improve throwing power and prevent injuries. Perfect for all players who want to build strong habits early! Note: This class will include some learning time both indoors and outdoors, as weather permits.
