Primordial Waters: A Women's Somatic Experience

Two hours. Warm water. Collective care. Permission to be exactly who you are.

Join us for a soulful-somatic evening in 92-degree saltwater. This is ceremonial playfulness: structured enough to feel safe, spacious enough to surprise yourself.

We'll move slowly, like seaweed swaying. Float in the warmth. Ask for what we want and witness each other's magic. Solo exploration. Partner play. Group connection. Gentle movement and sacred requests. Laughter and depth. Freedom and belonging.

Offered November 8th, December 6th, January 10th, February 7th.

Your facilitator: Frances Idlebrook loves to create safe spaces for profound healing and discovery through presence, embodiment, and connection with the sacred unknown.  Frances is a Certified Transformational and Relationship Life Coach, a Certified Watsu provider, and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher.  She teaches Contact Improvisation and intuitive movement and dance, and leads workshops in Authentic Relating for colleges, businesses, and private groups.  Alchemist, artist and somatic nerd, Frances holds a B.A. in Women’s Wellness and Creativity from UMass Amherst, and loves playing music and being silly with her 20-year-old daughter. Lean more at rootedsea.com
