This class is taught by Matthew Soucy, our very skilled Occupational Therapist. Shoulder pain and injury have a lot to do with muscle weakness and muscle imbalance. Avoid pain and injury and come work on your upper body strength! Get those arms and upper back/core strong and flexible.
